Changelog

octo’s changelog is the GitHub Releases page — each release’s notes are generated from commit history, grouped into Features / Bug fixes, with Breaking callouts on any Stable-surface change (see Compatibility):

Prebuilt binaries for Linux, macOS, and Windows are attached to every release. octo upgrade installs the latest one in place; octo upgrade --check only compares versions.
